This wet/dry vacuum cleaner is designed to remove dry dirt and liquids.
Operation with flat fold filter The device is suitable for vacuuming dry, conductive, combustible dusts in zone 22 dust class M.
Operation with candle filter (special accessory, order number 2.414-000.0): The device is suitable for vacuuming dry, conductive, combustible dusts in zone 22 dust class L. For vacuuming class M dust, a fleece filter bag must also be used. A suction hose with a length of 8 metres is not suitable.
The device is not suitable for extracting metallic dusts that lead to hydrogen formation on contact with water.
Type 22 devices are suitable for holding combustible dust in zone 22. They are not suitable for connection to dust-generating machines.
Type 22 devices are not suitable for the intake of dusts or liquids with high risk of explosion and for mixtures of combustible dusts with liquids.
The vacuum cleaner is intended for the removal of combustible dusts in potentially explosive environments classified as Zone 22.
This device is suitable for commercial use,e.g. in production areas in industry and crafts, in warehouses, in transport and in agriculture.
Any other use will be regarded as improper use.

WARNING: This device contains dusts that are harmful to your health. Emptying and maintenance, including removal of the dust bag, may only be performed by appropriately trained personnel wearing suitable personal protective equipment. Do not switch on until the entire filter system is installed. Check the function of the volume flow control when the device is switched on. |
![]() | Do not vacuum any sources of ignition! Suitable for vacuuming inflammable dusts of dust explosion classes in zone 22.
![]() | Fleece filter bag
Order number | 2.885-753.0 |
Risk of injury, explosion and damage
Observe the following safety instructions when handling the device.
The electrical connection (mains plug) must be made outside the hazardous area (Zone 22).
The included accessories are electrically conductive. Only the accessories listed in the appendix (standard accessories / special accessories) may be used!
Do not vacuum without filter elements in place, otherwise the suction motor will be damaged and there will be a health risk due to increased fine dust emissions!
Observe the safety regulations for the materials being vacuumed. During proper/improper operation, parts (e.g. air outlet) of the vacuum cleaner can reach up to 105 °C.
The minimum ignition temperature (MIT) of the dust cloud is ≥160 °C and the MIT of dust with a dust thickness of 5 mm is ≥180 °C.
The use of an extension cord is prohibited.
Risk of injury and damage in the event of a short-circuit or other electrical faults
Danger of electric shock, danger of burns
Switch off the device and unplug the mains plug.
Unpack the device and install the accessories.
Danger from dust that is harmful to your health
Respiratory sicknesses through inhalation of dust.
Do not vacuum without correctly installed filter elements, otherwise a danger to health from increased fine dust emission is present.
The device is not suitable for the vacuuming of dusts with extremely low minimum ignition energy (ME < 1 mJ),e.g. toner, mesh, aluminium powder, lead acid suitable.
Bring the device into the working position and secure it with the parking brake if necessary.
Plug the suction hose into the suction hose port.
Check the filling level in the dirt receptacle before starting work and empty the receptacle if necessary.
Attach the desired accessory.
The device is equipped with a suction power monitor. If the air speed in the suction hose drops below a speed of 20 m/s, the "vacuum pressure" indicator light flashes red (see Help with malfunctions).
The indicator light can light up intermittently during normal operation (e.g.when working with a floor nozzle) when the air quantity is reduced (cross-section reduction) and the vacuum pressure increases as a result.
In these cases, however, it is not a defect, but an indication that the air quantity has reduced and the vacuum pressure has increased, as indicated above.
Static charges are discharged through the earthed connection nozzles. This prevents sparking and electric shocks with electrically conducting accessories (included in the scope of delivery).
The device is fitted with a fleece filter bag with cap, order no. 2.885-753.0 (5 pieces).
All types of dust up to dust class M can be vacuumed with this device. The use of a dust collection bag (for order no. see filter systems) is required by law when vacuuming M-dusts. L-dusts can be vacuumed directly into the dust collection container.
The device is an industrial vacuum cleaner for vacuuming dry, conducting, combustible dusts with workplace limit values (AGW) larger than 0.1 mg/m3.
Danger from dust that is harmful to your health

Risk of damage to the suction motor.
Never remove the flat fold filter when vacuuming.
The device switches off automatically when the maximum fluid level is reached.
When vacuuming non-conductive liquids (e.g. drill emulsion, oils and grease) the device does not automatically switch off when the container is full. The filling level must be continuously monitored and the container emptied on a timely basis.
On completion of wet vacuum cleaning: dry the flat fold filter Clean the electrodes with a brush. Clean the container with a moist cloth and dry it off.
Check the mains cable for damage, have a damaged cable replaced immediately by the authorised Customer Service or a qualified electrician.
