This scrubbing vacuum machine is used for wet cleaning of level floors.
The device can be adjusted to suit the respective cleaning task by setting the water volume and detergent volume appropriately. The detergent dosing is adjusted via the amount added to the tank.
The device is equipped with a fresh water tank and a waste water tank (15 L each). These allow an effective cleaning with a long usage life.
The scrubbing machine's working width can reach 350mm. Equipped with the large-capacity of fresh and waste water tanks, it can easily realize long time and efficient cleaning operation.
The Propulsion is accomplished by manually pushing the device and is supported by the rotation of the brushes.

This device is suitable for commercial and industrial use, e.g. in hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, shops, offices, and rental companies. Use the device only in accordance with the information in these operating instructions.
The device may only be used for cleaning smooth surfaces that are insensitive to water and polishing.
The device is designed for indoor use.
The operational temperature range is between +5 °C and +40 °C.
The device is not suitable for cleaning frozen floors (e.g. in cold stores).
The device is suitable for a maximum water height of 1 cm. Do not drive into an area if there is a danger of exceeding the maximum water height.
When using chargers or batteries, only the components approved in the operating instructions may be used. A different combination must be confirmed by the responsible charger and/or battery supplier.
The device is not intended for cleaning public traffic routes.
The device must not be used on pressure-sensitive floors. Take into account the permissible load per unit area of the floor. The load per unit area caused by the device is specified in the technical data.
The device is not suitable for use in potentially explosive environments.
The device is approved for operation on surfaces with a maximum slope (see chapter "Technical Data").
The packing materials can be recycled. Please dispose of packaging in accordance with the environmental regulations.
Electrical and electronic devices contain valuable, recyclable materials and often components such as batteries, rechargeable batteries or oil, which - if handled or disposed of incorrectly - can pose a potential danger to human health and the environment. However, these components are required for the correct operation of the device. Devices marked by this symbol are not allowed to be disposed of together with the household rubbish.

Risk of injury
Do not unload the device alone.Get a second person to help.Observe the load handling regulations.Cut the strip to remove fixation.
Lift the unit from the pallet and place it on the ground.
If necessary, the appliance can be used again before the battery has been fully charged.
Insert the mains plug into the socket.

Release the star knob for the transport

Adjust the push rod to the desired height.

Bring the Eco mode switch into the desired position.
Normal operation: The appliance works at the maximum brush speed and the highest suction performance.
Eco: The appliance works at reduced suction performance. This also reduces the energy consumption. The possible action time with one charging cycle increases.
Risk of damage to the floor covering.
Do not operate the appliance on the spot.Risk of damage. Lift the vacuum bar before pulling the appliance backwards over a longer distance.Set the power swtich to “I” .
Pull the lever out and press it down; the vacuum bar is lowered.
Pull the safety button towards the push handle, the brush drive and the application of the cleaning solution are switched on (if preset).
Move the appliance over the surface to be cleaned.
If the waste water tank is full, the float closes the suction opening and the suction turbine runs at an increased speed. If this is the case, shut the vacuum off and drive to empty the waste water tank.
Release the safety button.
Drive the appliance forward for another 1-2 m to draw off residual water.
Raise the vacuum bar.
Set the power switch to "0".
Charge the battery if necessary.
Environmental pollution!
Environmental pollution due to improper disposal in waste water.
Observe the local waste water treatment regulations.Remove the drain hose from the support and lower it over a suitable collecting device.
Press the dosing unit together or kink the hose.
Open the dosing unit cover.
Drain the waste water. Regulate the water volume by pressing or kinking.
Rinse the waste water tank with clear water.
Unscrew the fresh water drain cap.
Allow the fresh water to drain away.
Fit the fresh water drain cap and screw into place.

You can agree on regular safety inspections or close a maintenance contract with your dealer. Please seek advice on this.
Improper cleaning
Risk of damage.
Do not spray the device with water.Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.A detailed description of the individual maintenance work is provided in Chapter Maintenance work.
Drain the waste water.
Rinse the waste water tank with clear water.
Clean the exterior of the device using a damp cloth, wetted with a mild washing lye.
Check the fluff filter and clean if required.
Clean the coarse dirt filter.
Clean the suction lips, check for wear and adjust the height or replace if necessary.
Check the disc brushes for wear and replace if necessary.
Charge the battery.
If the charging state of the battery is below 50%, charge the battery fully and without interruption.
If the charging state of the battery is above 50%, only recharge the battery if the entire operating duration will be required when next used.
When used regularly, charge the battery fully and without interruption at least once a week.
A detailed description of the individual maintenance work is provided in Chapter Maintenance work.
Drain the fresh water tank and flush out deposits.
Clean the fresh water filter.
Clean the float and fluff filter.
Check battery poles for oxidation, brush off if necessary. Make sure the connection cables are firmly in place.
Clean the seals between the waste water tank and the cover, check for leaks and replace if necessary.
Check the acid density of the cells if the batteries are not maintenance-free.
For longer periods of disuse, shut down the device when the battery is fully charged. Fully charge the battery at least once a month.
Have the prescribed inspection performed by Customer Service.
To prevent clogging of the suction inlet, please clean it regularly.
Rotate the suction bar to the right.
Remove the hose and clean the interface thoroughly.
After cleaning, reinstall the hose to its original position.
Please pay attention to the correct orientation during installation. Incorrect installation can cause the suction bar to malfunction.
Compress the fastening devices and pull the suction lips out of the vacuum bar towards the bottom.
Remove the suction lips from the holder.
Thanks to the perforation pattern the suction lips cannot be mixed up. They cannot be turned and reinstalled.
Replace suction lips.
Insert the holder with the suction lips into the vacuum bar and snap into place.
Empty the fresh water tank.
Remove the waste water tank.
Tilt the appliance backward and store it on the pushing handle.
Turn the brush clockwise and push,then remove it.
Fit other brush and turn in a counter-clockwise direction.
Pull the splash guard off the cleaning head toward the bottom to remove the worn splash guard and dispose of.
Attach the new splash guard to the cleaning head.
Removing and installing the batteries
Unstable machine position
Ensure that the machine is positioned stably when removing and installing the batteries.Turn the power switch to "0".
Drain the waste water.
Lift up the waste water tank, and set it aside.
Disconnect the battery plug.
Disconnect the device-end cable from the negative terminal of the battery.
Disconnect the remaining cables from the battery.
Remove the battery.
Dispose of the used batteries in accordance with statutory provisions.
To ensure a reliable operation of the appliance, the maintenance contracts must be concluded with the relevant Kärcher sales office.
