      Read these original operating instructions and the enclosed safety instructions before using the device for the first time. Proceed accordingly.

      Keep both books for future reference or for future owners.

      Intended use

      This mattress vacuum cleaner is intended for private use at home and not for commercial purposes. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage that may occur on account of improper use or incorrect operation. Use the mattress vacuum cleaner only with:

      • Original filters

      • Original spare parts, accessories and special accessories.

      The mattress vacuum cleaner is not suitable for:

      • Vacuuming off human beings or animals.

      • Vacuuming up:

        • Small living creatures (e.g. flies, spiders, etc.).

        • Substances that are harmful for health, have sharp edges or are hot or glowing.

        • Moist or liquid substances.

        • Easily flammable or explosive substances and gases.

      WARNING

      Children must not play with this device.

      Environmental protection

      The packing materials can be recycled. Please dispose of packaging in accordance with the environmental regulations.

      Electrical and electronic devices contain valuable, recyclable materials and often components such as batteries, rechargeable batteries or oil, which - if handled or disposed of incorrectly - can pose a potential danger to human health and the environment. However, these components are required for the correct operation of the device. Devices marked by this symbol are not allowed to be disposed of together with the household rubbish.

      Symbols on the device


      There is a label under the dust container of the device that describes how to clean/replace the foam filter and motor protection filter:

      1. Detach dust container from the device. The motor protection filter is located under the dust container.

      2. Open the dust container, remove the cyclone cone, turn it upside down and extract the foam filter

        Danger: The device contains electrical components and must not be cleaned under running water.

      3. Clean the motor protection filter and foam filter after each use to ensure maximum airflow efficiency and hygiene standards.

      4. Allow both filters to dry for at least 24 hours.

      5. Replace the filters if visibly damaged or every 3 months for optimal performance. Accessories available via code.

      WARNING


      UV radiation is dangerous for the eyes and skin. Do not expose to humans or animals.

      This device contains a UV-C emitter.The replacement of the UV-C emitter by the user is not allowed. Devices that are obviously damaged must not be operated; Unintended use of the device or damage to the housing may result in the escape of dangerous UV-C radiation. UV-C radiation may, even in little doses, cause harm to the eyes and skin.

      Operation

      Note

      • The device is not allowed to be turned on without the foam filter, motor protection filter and dust container. Ensure the foam filter, motor protection filter and the dust container are properly positioned in the device before using the device.

      • The device is used to clean fabric surfaces such as mattresses, sofa, pillows and other upholstery.

      Switching the device On/Off

      1. Connect to power supply.

      2. Press the On/Off button, the device switch on.

      3. Move the device on the fabric surfaces, such as mattresses, sofa, pillows and other upholstery.


      4. Press the On/Off button again, the device stops.

      LED Indicator

      Note

      • This device contains a UV light. To avoid injury, do not look directly at the bottom of the device when switched on.

      • Do not use this device on plants, as excessive UV exposure can cause damage.

      • Do not focus the UV light on one spot for extended periods during operation, this may damage the cleaning object.

      • Do not touch the UV light strip, as dirt can impair the effectiveness of the UV light.

      • Any paper, lead glass, plastic will greatly affect the effect of UV light. Please wipe and clean the UV light strip regularly for better use.

      The UV indication light only activates when in contact with surface and turns off automatically otherwise.


      The LED on the handle shows status of UV light.

      Emptying dust container

      1. Switch off the device.

      2. Hold the dust container firmly and pull it away from the main body.


      3. Open the dust container lid.

        1. Press the release button on the back of lid.

        2. Lift the cover upward to detach it from the dust container.


      4. Empty the dust container at the latest when the dust reaches the MAX line.


      5. To close, place the dust container lid onto the dust container and press down firmly until you hear a click feedback, ensuring a secure and airtight seal.

      6. Inert the dust container into device.

      7. Clean the foam filter and motor protection filter, (see Cleaning the dust container, foam filter and motor protection filter.)

      Care and maintenance

      Injuries due to touching moving parts.

      Note

      • Use the device only when all filters and the dust container are installed.

      • Defective filters and filters that can no longer be cleaned must be replaced.

      Before doing any work on the device:

      1. Switch off the device.

      2. Unplug the power supply from the power outlet.

      ATTENTION

      Incorrect cleaning of the foam filter

      Damage to the foam filter

      Do not clean the foam filter in a washing machine.Do not dry the foam filter with a hair dryer.

      The foam filter ensures clean exhaust air.

      We recommend to clean the dust container, foam filter and motor protection filter every time after the usage.

      Cleaning the dust container, foam filter and motor protection filter

      1. Switch off the machine

      2. Remove dust container, (see Emptying dust container).

      3. Remove the foam filter and motor protection filter.

        • Firmly pull the cyclone to detach it from the dust container.

        • From the bottom of the cyclone cone, detach the foam filter.


        • At the base of the dust container, remove the motor protection filter.


      4. Cleaning the dust container, foam filter and motor protection filter.

        • Wipe out the dust container and cyclone cone with a cloth or rinse them under running water. Ensure they are completely dry before reassembly.

        • Rinse the foam filter and motor protection filter under running water, then dry them thoroughly or replace them if necessary.


          ATTENTION

          These parts are not dishwasher-safe.

          The recommended drying time is 24 hours.

      5. Insert the motor protection filter.

        • Install the motor protection filter, ensuring it is securely seated.


      6. Attach the cyclone into dust container.

        • Insert the foam filter into the cyclone cone, then attach the cyclone cone to the dust container until it locks firmly in place.

      7. Attach the dust container lid.

        • Place the dust container lid onto the dust container and press down firmly until you hear a click, ensuring a secure and airtight seal.

      8. Attach the dust container into device.

        • Reattach the dust container to the machine in an upright position until it clicks into place.


      Cleaning the roller

      1. Switch off the machine.

      2. Turn the device upside down.

      3. Remove the roller.

        • Slide the release button to unlock position and remove the roller cover.


        • Remove the roller.


      4. Clean the roller under rinsing water.

        • Remove the dirt e.g. with a brush. Any tangled threads or hairs can be carefully cut off with scissors.

        • Carefully clean the roller opening with a cloth or soft brush.


        • Insert the roller brush into the roller opening, press down and allow to engage. Place the roller cover and lock it. Check for correct seating.


      5. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the device and the UV transparent cover.


      Storage

      CAUTION

      Risk of injury or damage due to non-observance of the weight

      Be aware of the weight of the device during storage.

      This device may only be stored indoors.

      1. Wind the power cable around the device.

      2. Store the device in a dry location that is protected from frost.

We shall remedy possible malfunctions on your appliance within the warranty period free of cost, provided that a material or manufacturing flaw is the cause.       Troubleshooting guide

      Malfunctions often have simple causes that you can remedy yourself using the following overview. When in doubt, or in the case of malfunctions not mentioned here, please contact your authorised Customer Service.

      • The device does not work 

      • Suction power decreases / the device becomes louder 

      • The roller stops rotating 

      • UV light does not work / works incorrectly  

      • The device shuts down completely 

      The device does not work

      Cause:

      Power plug is not inserted.

      Remedy:

      Plug the power cord into the outlet.

      Cause:

      The outlet is not supplying power.

      Remedy:

      Check the circuit and verify if the socket is receiving power.

      Suction power decreases / the device becomes louder

      Cause:

      1. The dust container is full of dust.

      2. The cyclone component filter is clogged.

      3. Motor protection filter is full.

      Remedy:

      1. Empty and clean the dust container.

      2. Remove any blockage in the cyclone cone.

      3. Replace the foam filter and motor protection filter.

      The roller stops rotating

      Cause:

      Roller is blocked by obstruction (e.g., sheets, toys).

      Remedy:

      Turn off the device, clear the blockage, and wait 10 seconds before restarting.

      UV light does not work / works incorrectly

      Cause:

      The device is not in contact with the surface

      Remedy:

      Ensure the machine is in full contact with the cleaning surface.

      Cause:

      The device is insensitive to certain colors or materials.

      Remedy:

      Try the function on other surfaces.

      Cause:

      The cover of the surface detection sensor is dirty, and a wrong signal is detected, activating the UV light.

      Remedy:

      Clean the transparent cover sensors on the bottom of the device with a soft cloth.

      The device shuts down completely

      Cause:

      Overheat protection activated.

      Remedy:

      1. Clear any blockages in the air vent.

      2. Clean or replace the foam filter and motor protection filter

      3. Wait 30 minutes until the machine is cooled down.
