Kärcher become proud Partners of Team BRIT
Kärcher has confirmed its support of Team BRIT for the third consecutive year. Kärcher partnered with Team BRIT for the first time in 2019. Team BRIT’s drivers are the first ever British all-disabled team to race in the Le Mans 24 hour race. Through its racing academy, it supports people with physical and psychological challenges to access motorsport.
Team BRIT’s HQ and workshop is based at Dunsfold Aerodrome in Surrey, and is home to the team’s fleet of cars, which are fitted with its racing hand controls which enable its drivers to compete on a level playing field. Kärcher supplies the team with access to a range of equipment to keep its workshop in top shape, along with credit for products and consumables to help achieve its goals.
James Gordon, Marketing Director at Kärcher GB and Ireland, said: “We’re delighted to be continuing our support for Team BRIT. We’re continually inspired by their passion and determination as well as the support they give to drivers to help them achieve their dreams. We can’t wait to see what they achieve in 2022 and will be cheering them on from Kärcher HQ.”
Mike Scudamore, Commercial Director at Team BRIT said: “We are incredibly privileged and grateful to have had the support of Kärcher for so long. It’s fantastic that they have seen us grow over the past seven years and in 2019 the partnership began. From a small team with big dreams, to a large organisation with a huge impact on our sector.”
“Their help and support is helping us move towards our Le Mans goal, but is also allowing us to inspire and motivate others through our work to make motorsport truly inclusive"
