As the Global Business Services (GBS) entity, our goal is to provide a comprehensive range of services, thereby consolidating the administrative functions of the Kärcher Group. This involves the following functions:
ACCOUNTING
We offer essential Accounting Services for all Kärcher subsidiaries. Our portfolio includes General Ledger, Group Consolidation, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. We implement and execute worldwide standardized accounting processes, driving efficiency through the use of modern technology to provide a reliable foundation for Kärcher’s financial records.
CONTROLLING / FP&A
We support our clients worldwide by providing financial and other reports and conducting detailed analysis on a regular basis or on demand. We continuously improve our standard processes and develop digital solutions. Our team ensures adherence to necessary guidelines and regulations within the Kärcher Group, thus enabling effective steering and (management) support.
TAX
We provide supporting Tax Services focused on maintaining global tax compliance for the Kärcher Group. Our area of expertise includes tax operations, tax planning, and managing tax compliance to ensure regulatory certainty within our process portfolio. We also handle Government Affairs related to our tax area.
PROCUREMENT (NON-PRODUCTION MATERIAL)
We provide supporting Tax Services focused on maintaining global tax compliance for the Kärcher Group. Our area of expertise includes tax operations, tax planning, and managing tax compliance to ensure regulatory certainty within our process portfolio. We also handle Government Affairs related to our tax area.
TRAVEL & EXPENSES
We are responsible for the global Travel & Expense (T&E) process for the Kärcher Group. In collaboration with external partners and through the use of digital solutions, we offer our travelers a secure and smooth end-to-end process. This covers everything from travel planning and booking right through to the final settlement of travel expenses.
PROJECT, DESIGN & TRANSFORMATION OFFICE
We are the dedicated engine driving KGS organizational transformation for the future. Our mission is twofold: we empower all KGS service departments with expertise in project and process management to ensure professional service delivery. Simultaneously, we manage the Automation Center, actively developing and implementing digital solutions to drive efficiency and innovation across all our services.
