The stationary high-pressure cleaner HDC 60/16 VA is designed for applications with high cleaning demands. With 160 bar and a flow rate of 6,000 l/h, it offers continuously adjustable cleaning performance for industrial use. The system features 3 crankshaft pumps with brass cylinder heads controlled via an PLC control system. The PLC automatically activates or deactivates the pumps based on water demand and balances operating hours to ensure equal workload distribution across all 3 motors. The system capacity allows up to 6 operators to work simultaneously at 1,000 l/h each. The stainless steel frame construction houses the components for daily multi-shift operation, while 4-pole electric motors with soft start minimize mechanical load peaks. A key functional element is the PLC control: operating parameters can be configured for specific applications, and real-time status updates and error notifications are displayed to the user. In the event of operational irregularities, the control system shuts down the machine automatically for protective purposes. This makes the HDC 60/16 VA a specialized solution for industry, agriculture, and the transport sector.
