Industrial vacuums IVR-L 100/24-2 Tc

The IVR-L 100/24-2 Tc is the basic version of all IVR-L 100 Tc models. The perfect machine for vacuuming and separating cooling lubricants and shavings in the metalworking industry.

The compactly built IVR-L 100/24-2 Tc is an industrial vacuum cleaner with a tilting chassis and a 100-litre collection container. This makes the vacuum cleaner suitable for taking in large quantities of liquids and/or solids such as swarf (as dust-free as possible). With the help of the optional swarf basket, the solids can be separated from the liquid. Thanks to the 360° rotatable hose connection on the suction head, vacuuming around the device can be carried out without the suction hose knotting. The current fill level is visible at all times via the drain hose. Emptying is carried out either via the drain hose or the tilting chassis. The design made of 1.25 mm thick steel, the oil-resistant castors, and the oil-resistant mains cable are designed for industrial use. Furthermore, this design allows for forklift pick-up.

Ergonomic tilting chassis

High robustness, flexibility and modularity

The device and chassis are designed for industrial use due to their wall thickness. Rotatable hose connection with up to 360° rotatable pipe bend. Optionally available with overfill protection, strainer or accessories holder.

Visual filling level indicator

Transparent hose for checking the amount of fluid absorbed. The hose is also used for easy emptying.

Fitted with two very quiet fan motors

For powerful suction power and optimum cleaning performance.
Fans can be switched on separately for individual suction power as required.
The drive head with a sound pressure level of 68 dB(A) ensures an even discharge of the cooling air.

Equipped with compact surface filter of dust class L

Reliably prevents coarse particles from entering the suction turbines.
